By booking a session with PLM Listening Daughter, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a respectful, safe, and professional experience for both clients and the counselor.

1. Nature of Services
PLM Listening Daughter offers individual, couples, and family coaching and counseling focused on emotional wellness, healing, and personal development. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you are in crisis or require medical treatment, please contact a licensed medical professional or emergency services.
2. Booking and Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal or other online options listed at checkout.
- Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value your time and ours. Please review the cancellation terms carefully:
- You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will not be refunded.
- No-shows (missed sessions without notice) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
- If your session is canceled by PLM Listening Daughter (due to emergency or availability), you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of medical or personal emergency at our discretion. Please reach out via email as soon as possible.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during a session is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party unless:
- You provide written consent
- There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
- Disclosure is required by law
PLM Listening Daughter adheres to ethical and professional standards for client privacy.
5. Session Duration & Responsibility
- Each session is limited to the time booked (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes).
- Clients are expected to arrive or log in on time. Late arrivals will not receive extra time.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining a quiet, private environment during virtual sessions.
- If a client is more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
6. Technology Disclaimer
Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet or Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- A stable internet connection
- A working microphone and camera
- Access to the correct meeting link (provided after booking)
PLM Listening Daughter is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end that result in missed or incomplete sessions.
7. Communication & Contact
PLM Listening Daughter may communicate with clients via:
- Email (for session links, reminders, or follow-up)
- SMS or Google Voice (as a secondary method)
- Clients should not use these channels for emergency or urgent care needs
8. Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- Agree to abide by the policies described above
- Acknowledge that this service does not constitute licensed medical or psychiatric care
